Creating a built environment that supports the excellence of MIT begins with the selection of skilled and talented design partners. At the Open House on December 18th, 2015, we introduced the concept for a refreshed solicitation model. The implementation process for this model is currently being developed. However, we expect to issue an RFQ in early 2016 with the goal to create pre-qualified rosters of consultants for upcoming projects of different program types and scales. Please note that placement on these rosters will not guarantee future work, but will allow MIT offices engaged in this work to learn more about services provided by your firms.
